Hands down my favourite wine tasting experience in the Hunter Valley. If you're as passionate about Semillon and Shiraz as these guys are, then this is the place to stop. Im not sure where else you can taste through single vineyard Semillon and Shiraz and really see the difference that site makes on a wine. You can make it as educational or inspirational as you like, the staff are so knowledgeable. But you really need to book.

Some of the best wines in the Hunter. Experienced and skill full staff to take you on the tasting journey. Christian looked after us impeccably and we left with knowledge and wine!

We had so much fun there and learn a lot. Manager AL is amazing! He knows what he talking about and perfectly described every wine.
