Petersons Wines now have another 'home' in the Hunter Valley, with the opening of their cellar door on Broke Road in the heart of Wine Country. Conveniently located just along the road from Peterson House.

Petersons Family Wines have been recognised for making quality wines since 1981. The Cellar Door on Broke Road maintains this tradition allowing you to enjoy your favourite Hunter Valley chardonnay, full bodied or aged premium red wines, or sticky dessert wines right in the centre of Pokolbin.

We did a bit of research to look for some dog friendly wineries to do wine tasting with our pooch! And Petersons Wines Broke Road were on that list! They were the first winery we visited and the experience were amazing! Our 2 cavoodles were able to be with us while we taste their fine wines! We recently just cracked a bottle of red at home and we forgot how beautiful their wine tasted!! Highly recommend as the staffs are very nice and welcoming!

Sharalee was a great host to our wine tasting experience in the new members area at the back of the broke road cellar door. We covered a wide range of favourites as well as some lesser known varieties from back vintages. The room really open up views of the countryside behind the cellar door. Wonderful day for our group who were so pleased we had two new members join the big red wine club.

My friends and I usually visit the Mount View cellar door but tried out the Broke Road cellar door this weekend because we were a bit short on time. Ruth looked after us beautifully. She was attentive, engaging and very knowledgeable about the wines. Still the same first class experience we get every time we visit Petersons and of course the best wines in the Hunter. Thanks for a fabulous tasting.
