A very nice place to visit.
Good space for the kids to play and nice outdoor seating area. Gin bar was really good.

Lovely staff member looked after us we'll with tastings outside under the veranda, sorry didn't ask his name but had english accent. Pitty the kitchen is closed until further notice though or could've possibly been a five star rating. Good to see garden games available & being used by a young group of visitors too

Went to PHW for a group tour on the weekend. Upon arrival, the area we had booked was still occupied, and after a rushed intro we were given the option to wait out in the sun or wander around till the other group "felt like leaving".

But probably the worst experience was from the bald headed bartender in the flights gin bar. He was rude and abrasive to every single member of our group, and when I'd had enough and called him on it, another member of staff just told us "that's just the way he is". Personally I believe that is a complete cop out and if he has a reputation of being that way towards customers he should be made accountable.

When in for tasting bought 6 bottles of white service was excellent a good time was had by all
