Angove Family Winemakers are one of South Australia's oldest family-owned and operated wine companies, established in 1886 by Dr William Thomas Angove.
Nestled in the heart of McLaren Vale on the Fleurieu Peninsula, the family's historic vineyard on Chalk Hill Road is exceptionally positioned and farmed organically. The Angove McLaren Vale Cellar Door is nestled amongst the vines, and from the stunning terrace you are literally sitting in the middle of the vineyard with panoramic 180 degree views of McLaren Vale.
We offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to taste award winning McLaren Vale wines and sample local produce. The cellar door also offers single origin, free trade coffee and light food in a relaxed lounge setting with an open fire and air conditioning in those hotter months

Absolutely beautiful experience, lovely wines, fabulous staff (greeted and served by Michela, she is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable) and amazing cheese with GF options.

One of the best places to relax and testing wine friendly staff and knowledge about all of the wines we had amazing time and lady interaduce for wine she was very kind and 10years experience thank you soooo much will be back

Very amazing wine tasting experience at an HR Angove winery. Host Julien was amazing and had great knowledge in explaining and describing the wines while .ring wine tasting. He was very nice, courteous and well manner

We had an amazing experience today. We were served by Julian and he was absolutely amazing! Great knowledge and very fun. We would definitely come back! Also the tawny is just magic.

What an absolutely wonderful winery. The staff were absolutely exception - so genuinely friendly and very informative. The grounds are stunning and their wine is stunning (and generously poured). I cant recommend this place highly enough!
