Matt the winemaker is brilliant at what he does and it was an absolute pleasure to get to meet him! Incredible guy. Smiling and happy, loves what he does and speaks with such pride and passion and is so generous. Incredible wines, Great ginger beer too, great stories and history, beautiful building, amazing food (vegan options on point) which all contributed to a really great experience at Ekhidna. Thanks Matt

Great place. Great service. Value for money...absolutely not. 3 off us did the $90 degustation lunch. In terms of meat we received 6 very small peaces of beef and 3 prawns. The rest was vegetables. Would I come back and do the $90 lunch again. NO. Would I suggest to my friends to have the same as we did. NO. I could have had 3 main courses for the same price. Please do you homework and maybe ask what's in valved. Our mistake.

Food was not worth the price. Small portions+ exorbitant price for what you get- barely any price tags on the menu so it's a bit of pot luck with how much you pay. Lacked in flavour.

Good selection of drinks, friendly service + nice scenery though.

We visited Ekhidna for lunch. The food and paired wines were amazing! The staff was wonderful, both helpful and friendly. Olivia in particular took very good care of us and was very friendly.
