Beautiful venue with wide selection of beer, wines and gin. Waitress was not able to provide us with a menu or any listing of wines, beers and prices. She said it was all in her head... this made it very awkward to choose a drink and we left after just one. Wines we had were lovely

Incredible location. Sitting outside on a Summer evening enjoying the incredible knowledge Gem had to share with us about the wines in the local region. The wine tasting ends at 5pm but Gem was happy to tailor her recommendations based on what we like. The 'DIY' tastings inside were a great idea and very reasonably priced. We also ate the bar food which was modest but delicious. In short, I can not recommend this place enough. Gem was an incredible host and I would gladly go back and purchase from her again. 5 stars!

If you are in Orange this's a must. Great wines and spirits all from local producers. Simon the owner its truly a professional and will make sure you have the best experience. Prices are up there but worth every penny. Only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Make sure to book in advance as the place it's small and fills up quickly.

My wife, mother and law and i went to ferment and were served by Ben. It was an awesome experience and the service was phenomenal. Ben also gave us great recommendations for dinner as we are from out of town. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a bar in Orange where they can find all the local stock and then some , speak to Ben from ferment.
