Nestled high in the hills above Mudgee, the 100-acre estate experiences warm days and cool nights. This provides near-perfect growing and fruiting conditions for our vines and olive grove. Visitors to the estate experience wine and olive production first-hand and close up, hosted by the owner's Mark and Sandy Nyman Herford.
Produced in strictly limited quantities with minimum irrigation and avoiding harmful chemicals, their wines are hand-crafted for extended cellaring but also can be enjoyed now.

We went to this lovely winery on a wine tour and it was by far everyone's favourite. Beautiful setting, fantastic wines and fabulous hosts. Only downfall was our time was cut short to move on to the next winery. Could not recommend these guys more.
