DiGiorgio Family Wines

DiGiorgio Family Wines

Riddoch Hwy, Coonawarra SA 5263

The DiGiorgio family had a vision to produce the highest quality wines from their estate grown fruit and in March 2002, acquired the second oldest winery in Coonawarra. This has provided the family with a wonderful production facility and a centrally located cellar door.

In addition to producing premium wines from Coonawarra and Lucindale, the family sources specific varietal fruit from different areas of the Limestone Coast where they believe the terroir is best suited to the variety. These wines make up their Renaissance Range and are a selection of varieties specially chosen to demonstrate the versatility of the region and the passion and ambition of our winemakers.

When visiting the cellar door you will have the opportunity to taste premium wines from their extensive portfolio, olive oil and local cheese. The outdoor seating and lawn area is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine with a 'Pick Your Own Produce Platter' with family and friends.

Always visit DiGiorgio when in the Coonawarra. Love the newly renovated Cellar Door and a brilliant surprise to find Bronwyn there. We've known Bronwyn from another nearby winery for many years, so a great get by DiGiorgio. Particularly loved the Sparkling Merlot this year, but everything was fantastic.

Really nice outdoor area. We had our dog with us and she had a great time! She found a tennis ball straight away :) We ordered one of the build your own platter and it was delicious. Had a local Cab Sav with the platter, ended up buying some bottles as it was very smooth. Lovely way to pass an hour on an Autumn's day.

A lovely winery in a beautiful setting and atmosphere, with friendly and chatty staff who really know their stuff!!
We had a lovely time at our informal tasting, and our group loved the fact that you can build your own cheese grazing board.
I would highly recommend this winery to anyone travelling through the area. It's worth stopping at!
I would highly

Had a fantastic experience today served by Rosalyn. Gave me a few recommendation on the type of food to go with the wine tasting.
Will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the sun at DiGiorgio. Friendly service, wine and food all 10/10. We loved the 'choose your own platter', which was then put together on a plate beautifully, as well as being able to choose which wines to taste and enjoying them at our own pace, all whilst taking in the gorgeous garden view outside. Recommend!
