Conveniently, they are your first Cellar Door and Restaurant off the Hunter Expressway, Wandin Estate is situated in the Lovedale area of the Lower Hunter Valley, producing wines of premium quality that are exclusively available at Cellar Door. It is a unique destination for visitors encompassing vineyards, villa accommodation, conferencing venues suitable for both weddings and events, their cricket oval, a cellar door, and the Wandin Kitchen, all in the beautiful natural setting home to the native wildlife of kangaroos and birds.

The Wandin Cellar Door is open seven days a week for a comprehensive tasting of a wide range of their wines and fun wine experiences. Visit their friendly and knowledgeable cellar door staff to experience firsthand, quality classic Hunter wines ranging from Sparkling wines, Rose and a wide range of white and red wines to suit everyone.

The Estate is home to Wandin Kitchen with Head Chef, John Rutherford at the helm producing breakfast, lunch, and dinner from quality local produce whilst supported by his thriving kitchen garden. Bookings preferred with Lunch served Friday to Sunday and dinner Friday and Saturday evenings.

My husband and I had lunch at Wandin Estate, it was nothing but exceptional. The menu was sophisticated and executed to perfection, the prawns were the best both of us have ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to us. It was the best 4 course meal we have had and I would be delighted to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thank you for your fantastic hospitality to everyone at Wandin Estate.

The scenic drive to Wandon Cafe was just the beginning of our great experience. We were welcomed by the friendly staff and seated to enjoy the stunning scenery. The wine selection did not disappoint like many restaurants. The menu offered a selection of favorites, including chef's specialties like the best duck ever. The deserts were so tantalising we had to have two. We look forward to our next visit.

Popped in for lunch. The food and service was outstanding. We had the duck and pork belly with kippler potatoes and seasonal greens paired with their lovely Chardonnay. They also have a beautiful light reserve Shiraz. Lovely experience and recommend.

My friends and I just went for wine tasting and we had such a wonderful time.
Michael and Elize were extremely friendly and accommodated our wine preferences very well.
$10 x person.
We need to go back and try the kitchen and hotel next time.
Very recommended winery to stop by.
