This was our second stop on our wine tour, and the place was incredible! Bobby looked after all of us girls, with amazing service and even knew all the right Instagram angles when we asked him to take some pictures of our group! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and classy wine tasting stop!

Sensational!! The vibes were there, the view was there, the wines were choice, and Nat our amazing, quick witted, friendly Host pulled out all stops to make our experience, the best!! 🍷❤️ We'll be back 😍

Very nice wines, and the service was fantastic. We were able to talk to the winemaker and ask lots of questions and they answered every single one. Table service was excellent, we stayed twice as long as originally anticipated as we were enjoying ourselves so much. Would definitely recommend dropping in.

Absolutely unforgettable tasting experience! ✨ (And fantastic wines, of course! 🥂)

We visited Domaine de Binet today and Dan and Natalie did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and at home.

There is a beautiful sunkissed deck where you can choose from a variety of seating areas, sit down and relax while you taste some of the easiest-drinking wines the Valley has to offer. We got the premium tasting which also included a delicious (and generous) ​cheeseboard of
local produce.

Winemaker Dan is the secret behind alot of the popular wines in the Hunter, and visiting Domaine de Binet is a wonderful chance to
not only meet Dan and Natalie,
​but experience the wines that a renowned winemaker is happy to put his own name to.

Despite a typically (very) hot muggy Hunter Valley day, Dan and Natalie were upbeat, friendly, approachable and consistently gave all visitors impeccable service.

The range of wines is spectacular - this is one of those tastings where you like pretty much everything - even varietals you don't normally love.

We're locals, and after years of doing tastings most weekends, Domaine de Binet is a standout. Thank you!

We're already looking forward to coming back. ☺️

We had the best experience here out of all of the wineries we have visited in the Hunter.
