Sawmill Gin is Sevenhill's original small batch gin distillery. Established in 2022, Sawmill Gin aims to produce Clare Valleys most enjoyable gin.
Housed at The Curly Goose, a working vineyard and event centre in the heart of Sevenhill we bring our love of gin to life. Tasting experiences at the cellar door and cocktails from Gypsy, our lawn bar are both fantastic ways to savour South Australian gin. Lovingly crafted in our hand made copper still and enjoyed morning, noon or night, just as Gin intended.
