Paisley Wines sits on top on the rolling hills of the Angaston in the beautiful Barossa, at an altitude of 440m with a small vineyard planted to Shiraz and young vine Mataro and Fiano. The brand offers three ranges of wine, from the funky Mixed by DJ Deadly, to the elegant Fabric and Single Vineyard Celtic ranges.

Owner, Derek's 90's love-affair with dance parties and techno music morphed with his school nickname Deadly Derek to became "DJ Deadly". This passion for music and pursuit of the perfect blend, resulted in the "Mixed by DJ Deadly" series.

The company name, Paisley, comes from owner, Kirsten's great-great grandfather who emigrated from Paisley in Scotland to South Australia in 1839. The textile roots of the town and the decorative pattern itself have influenced the Fabric series labels and names.

The influence of the owner's shared Irish and Scottish heritage comes through the Single Vineyard Celtic Series with the Maeve and Clurichaun labels.
