We had a good time at this winery. The Kransky was really yummy and all the wines were delicious.

Greg the wine maker explained each wine really well.

We ended up getting the Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc and Pink Ice.

The place is not dog friendly because the a pack of farm dogs and they don't socialised with other dogs.

We didn't know that but they let our dog be with us for that day and it was nice of them to do so.

One on my favourite wineries - fabulous wine, great menu (small but something for everyone with really generous portions and very good value), lovely atmosphere and great service. Well worth the lovely (and easy) country drive out to visit.

After driving the long and winding dirt road to the property situated 20 mins from the town centre, we were hoping the effort would be worth our while. Not so. There was a very unwelcoming vibe upon arrival, and we felt as though we had turned up as unwanted visitors. The "greeting" consisted of being told it was "paid tastings" and were given begrudging customer service, reluctant information about the wines and not a smile at any point. The food menu was equally terrible offering only a cheese kransky or soup- not what you would want while tasting wine. Having read that there were two open fireplaces, we anticipated an amazing atmosphere but instead it was dark and the mood was negative. Seriously, we couldn't get out of there fast enough and urge others not to bother either. Quite disgraceful really.
