ThumbPrint Wines Mudgee is a unique, boutique vineyard and cellar door.

You will be greeted by the owners and taken through a memorable and educational tasting of their wines.

The atmosphere is relaxed with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Old vines produce a range of special wines including chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, sauvignon blanc, vermentino, and some interesting blends.

Vintage Sparklings are a speciality and they are some of Mudgee's best!

Meet the friendly, family of horses and goats when you take a stroll through the vineyard, olive grove and cherry orchard.

Wine tastings, luncheon plates and picnic platters are available.

Bookings are essential.

Great win testing experience. the lady there was very knowledgeable and nice. there where also cute horses out the front.

Popped in today despite our last visit being around 7 years ago and it is still one of the finest wine venues in the country.

The 2012 Shiraz is a creation that doesn't bear description, you need to come here and try it for yourself. The care and commitment to excellence displayed by Lyn and Bob will make you feel like a part of the family and will grow your knowledge of wine immeasurably.

If it is an intimate and enjoyable experience you're after, you can't go past Thumbprint.

I recommend the 2012 Shiraz and the olive oil (finishing oil, or salad dressing oil, not intended to be used as a cooking oil although I suppose you could if you really wanted to not taste the complexity of flavour!)
