My wife and I visited this winery about a month ago and were loved it. The setting is beautiful, the host was very friendly and we liked the wines that we tasted. Last night we cracked open the case of wine that we bought home from here and we are so glad that we have found this little gem of a place. It is well worth driving a little further out of Mudgee to visit, you won't be disappointed!

This was my favourite winery in the whole of Mudgee, amazing staff, great play area for kids with a swing, blocks and toddler games. The staff created a vegetarian lunch grazing box on our request which was very impressive and the portions were huge, we ate to our hearts content and then packed some for home.

Came to Lazy Oak by chance and so glad we did. Not only did we come home with 3 lovely bottles of wine, we also had a great experience, chatting with Paula and hearing all about her families journey with their property and wines.
We'll be back again when we are hungry to have a grazing platter with some delicious wine!

So, we noticed the wine label first and thought let's head out and check this out. So so glad we did. We were spoilt at the cellar door by Karen. Fortunate enough to be the only tasters at the time so we had her all to ourselves. The two hours just flew by. We enjoyed a lovely tasting and came home with a beautiful Shiraz, white Merlot and the Winemakers Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. A superb experience!
