Carillion Wines at Tallavera Grove is a family owned boutique winery which consists of three premium vineyards located in the Hunter Valley, Orange and Wrattonbully. A visit to Carillion Wines at Tallavera Grove is a unique experience, the stunning views and vineyard covered hillsides of this serene, tranquil valley are as rewarding to behold as the wines to taste.

Head Vigneron Tim Davis teams up with legendary winemaker Jim Chatton to create a range of wines of original character and exceptional quality. Together with the prestigious Bistro Molines, home to Hunter Legends Robert and Sally Molines, a visit to our Cellar Door and the Bistro is a wine and food experience not to be missed in the Hunter Valley.

24/7/22 - My wife and I attended for wine tasting and walked out almost 2hrs later! We adored the stunning location and Neil made the experience. Neil was wonderful and made the wine tasting experience warm, funny and memorable. What can we say? Neil was an absolute gentleman and a legend! We could not leave the location without signing up as members! The wines are fantastic and certainly Neil's knowledge of the wines was impressive! Can't wait to come back. Thank you ☺️

Would highly recommend getting a Charcuterie board from
Bistro Molines. And enjoying a wine tasting here. Best experience in the Hunter. Stunning views and beautiful wines

Found this place by fluke luck, breath taking views and Neil (Sommelier) was an outstanding host! Ended up getting a table for lunch. Highly recommend!!
