My partner and I travelled from Melbourne to stay in Gippsland for a week for a winter break and tried to find a nice restaurant to book a table at for a romantic meal and special occasion celebration. This seemed difficult to find online, however we discovered this winery through google and decided that was the place - the menu looked great and the reviews were good. When we arrived we could see that it was family run. We weren't looking for something super fancy - but we were so disappointed when the menu was "Mexican".... as in build-your-own style fajitas with packet cheese and what seemed like supermarket tortillas. It was also shockingly expensive for what it was. This was the kind of meal we regularly make at home for our kids. Wyanga needs to update their menu online to reflect what is currently on offer. Your customers are expecting winter comfort food and seafood dishes. There were also not many vegetarian options. We didn't expect fine dining and we liked the family vibe and the local artwork etc.. however the overall experience was way too casual for a winery. We love supporting businesses in regional areas and had money to spend for this occasion however in this instance we were unfortunately extremely disheartened.

These guys are seriously just the best. From the moment we walked into Wyanga we knew that we had to have our wedding there. We felt like part of the family and the team were absolute legends. They made our special day fantastic and we cannot thank them enough. Our friends and family are raving about the wine and food. It's such a homely, warm and beautiful place.

Booked the lunch package that included a boat cruise to/from Lakes Entrance, wine tasting, cheese platter and main course. I would highly recommend this package, which is booked directly through the winery's website, and not Peels cruises.

We had a very informative commentary on the boat, saw a group of rare lake dolphins swimming in the lake, saw seals sunning themselves on the rocks near the entrance, and various bird life.

The winery is in a pretty bush setting, and we were seated out on the balcony overlooking trees. The wine tasting included a range of white, rose, moscato, reds and fortified wines, and the lunch itself was delicious.

A great way to experience the combination of the lake, some nature, and great food and wine.

We were very well looked after by the attentive and enthusiastic staff, Jayden and his colleague whose name I didn't catch. We had a lovely afternoon tasting and ended up buying some bottles. A great activity for wine lovers visiting Lakes Entrance and surrounds. I recommend the muscat, in particular.

Came here for wine tasting and lunch also a must try BLUSH wine. An awesome environment due the atmosphere created by the great service of the staffs. The landscapes of nature and surrounding is beautiful in its own just for walk.
