The multi-award award winning Summerfield Winery is situated in the small rural township of Moonambel, Victoria, Australia. The family-owned vineyard and winery was established in 1970 and today produces Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.

You can enjoy wine tastings with a cheese platter at our charming cellar door café deli and we also offer modern studio apartment accommodation. Summerfield is in the top 100 Australian wineries according to James Halliday.

Award-winning wines and a restaurant specialising in wood-fired pizzas, stone baked artisan poolish sour dough breads and delicious gourmet deli.

What a great place. Service and food are fantastic. The pizzas are superb. I'm going back to have the rest of what's on the menu. The Reserve Shiraz is exceptional. The bread is out of this world. Cannot wait to go back. Yum.

Summerfield Winery. Stopped in for a wine tasting at what we thought was a winery at 2pm on Saturday to be told they weren't doing any tastings until later in the afternoon, maybe after 3pm. A name change to Summerfield Cafe or Pizzeria might be more appropriate.

Staff were very nice. Vegan beetroot pizza was awesome as was the Hawaiian so I'm told!

Spent several hours here. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Ordered a hot platter for 2 and was able to continue wine tastings.

Excellent pizza. One of the best gluten free bases I have tried. The wines are very good, very well priced and the home made breads are excellent. All in all a must visit when coming to Avoca
