Sally's Paddock at Redbank Winery was first established in 1973, and is located in the Pyrenees wine region of Victoria. Neill and Sally Robb established the winery, where today Neill is winemaker alongside his daughter Sasha.
Neill and Sally Robb's Redbank Winery is a Victorian institution, thanks in part to the vision and hard work of its creators, and the unique personality of its principal wine, Sally's Paddock. A character-filled, single vineyard blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Merlot and Malbec. This wonderfully rustic cellar door also does a good coffee and a fantastic ploughman's lunch.
Wines include Sally's Paddock, Sally's Hill and Sasha. There is a range of share plates available at the Flying Pig Deli, as well as all-day coffee and cake.
Went there today, enjoyed some nice food and drinks, live music was a treat, staff were friendly, knowledgeable and keen to make it a great experience.

Mick does a fabulous job of making you feel so welcome that it is hard to leave. Add in the wonderful wines on offer makes Sally's Paddock a winery NOT to be missed on your winery exploration of the Pyranees Wine Region. Our second visit complete with the family was as enjoyable as our first just as a couple. Can not recommend highly enough. We will return.
