Attractive setting. Sadly on our second attempt at wine tasting told that a booking was necessary although not advertised as such. Not busy but couldn't accommodate even a simple tasting because the staff member was "too stretched". The other 3 wineries in the area very happy to accommodate us.

Pity this cellar door does not allow you to taste their wines with a suitable outdoor area if you have dogs. We were refused and directed to the restaurant outdoor deck only to be told no tasting was available there either. Disappointed ðŸ˜"

Beautiful restaurant, wonderful setting, sensational meals and amazing restaurant staff however our experience soured greatly after we decided to try the cellar door where we quickly dismissed, despite the area being half empty we were told we would need to wait one hour to be seated. We were not even offered a menu or option to purchase any wine, which we had full intentions on doing so. The waitress was quite curt and short, making us feel unwelcome and easily dismissed. Perhaps restaurant staff could be advised if the cellar door is 'apparently' at full capacity before encouraging visitors to head to the cellar door.
