Best investment in years. Unless you are like me and can't stop yourself from opening "just one more" pay the price for excellence. 17 Cab Sav is my best so far.

My review is not directly for the winery itself but it's staff. I got to try this winery at the Sydney Easter Show on the 2nd last day, I attended for a tasting with my husband and child. We were greeted by a female staff member who's first comment wasn't to me but instead to my husband, "Are you sure you want her to be drinking?". This was without asking how old my child was, whether they were being breastfed.

Firstly, I am not my husband's property or possession. I am my own person. So is every other woman that attends your winery.

Secondly, please educate your staff. It is actually completely fine for breastfeeding women to drink without negatively affecting the baby (contrary to thoughts in the past of needing to "pump and dump").

Thirdly, even if it was not okay to drink whilst breastfeeding, it is completely the woman's perogative to do so. She does not need judgment by a random, rude, stranger.

It's a shame because this completely put us off the wines.

My partner and I visited on a lovely Saturday arvo. Welcoming interior and relaxed vibe. Lawrence served us and we had a fantastic experience and walked away with a half dozen bottles. Lawrence had fantastic knowledge, is down to earth, friendly and humorous. Give that unit a rise! Looking forward to coming back.

Great wines and great place. But what really made out of this a different experience was John. He was outstanding. It wasn't only his incredibly and deep knowledge about wine, but he has a passion for what he does and he does it with love and fun. Great guy, we really enjoyed the experience and will be back. Landhouse, I hope you take care of John and your staff as much as they take care of you
