Hollick Estates is a boutique winery located on the famed terra rossa soils of Coonawarra. Renowned for their extensive range of premium table wines, including several alternative varietals. All of which can be sampled in Cellar Door. The Hollick Estate's cellar door oozes charm, the old stone cottage leads the way toward the tasting room and restaurant where a wall of windows overlooks vines planted by Ian and Wendy Hollick.

Upstairs is a modern restaurant with panoramic views across the Coonawarra vineyards and a peek into the barrel shed. A stylish, warm and inviting restaurant made to be enjoyed with friends and family whilst you savour our panoramic views across the vineyards in the heart of the Coonawarra.

We organised a group of 23 to have lunch at Upstairs at Hollicks. Ben, the restaurant manager, was very helpful prior to our visit as he provided a running sheet with timing and details of the 3 course menu. He was attentive to our suggestions and the function went extremely smoothly. The food was well presented and delicious. The service was excellent.

Wonderful tasting with Madison! Loved the atmosphere and the wines were delicious! Travelling in a small motor home made it difficult to buy a case but we will definitely be ordering online for a delivery back to Queensland soon! Great spot 🙏

This winery is exceptional.
The service was the best we have had on our trip.
Friendly, polite and warm. Could not have asked for more.
The staff accommodated all our requests with a smile.
The upstairs restaurant looking out onto the vines on such a beautiful, sunny Autumn day was wonderful. The food was delicious and the dessert was decadent to say the least.
I would highly recommend this winery as a must to stop for lunch and enjoy some wine tasting as we both did.

Great setting. Fabulous food. Prompt and attentive service. Smiles on everyone:)
Amanda was lovely in the tasting room and took the time to explain all the wines to us. They have a broad range of wines too. Something for everyone here. If you're coming to this region don't miss this place!

Thanks for a great wine tasting experience. Amanda was very knowledgeable. Fantastic lunch. Recommended to book upstairs restaurant. Plan to go 45 mins before hand to wine taste first. Restaurant has a few bottles of top end wine that may not be available in tasting.
