Golding Wines is situated on the outskirts of Lobethal, within the Lenswood appellation, high in the Adelaide Hills.

At our Western Branch Vineyard you can leave the bitumen behind you and wind up the driveway, past ancient gums to find a lush garden and landscaped terraces surrounding our sandstone Barn. Over the years the Barn has experienced life as the farm shed, vineyard workshop, family home and the location for many family celebrations. Now home to our Tasting Room, Ginkgo Restaurant and the location for many events and weddings, it remains at the heart of all that we do here at Golding Wines.

Tasting Room - wine flights and & takeaway sales 7 days a week from 11am.
Ginkgo Restaurant - Set Lunch 11.30am-2pm - Friday, Saturday, Sunday & most public holidays.
Ginkgo Grazing Menu - 11.30am-3pm - Monday to Thursday.
Events - beautiful weddings & celebrations, bespoke corporate events.

Lovely place with a nice view. It's small but cosy inside. However, none of the wines was particularly of our liking, which is a shame!

Wonderful cellar doors, friendly and attentive service. We had the light & bright as well as the wine and cheese tasting. Nabbed myself a bottle of The Local I've never tried a wine that tasted like grapefruit before! It was delicious :)

Rolled in just before 3:30, sign stipulated that tastings end at 3:30. Was made to wait for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged only to be told that we couldn't taste or even purchase any wine. Such a shame!

Food was great service fantastic wines lovely !! My only critisism. The chef out side making pizzas and entrees needs more heating poor guy looked like he was freezing I'm sure the winery can afford a few extra heaters outside where the pizza chefs are cooking. Not a good look when the poor guy has to wear a hooded jumper to keep warm whilst cooking. It's going to be a cold winter .

Had the most amazing Grazing Platter today, courtesy of a Christmas voucher from our son. We had the best view from The Barn, and the staff could not do enough for us. The atmosphere was spectacular. Thank you so much to the two girls on today 12/5/22.
