Glen Ewin is a stunning estate, and the gin and wine tastings have always left me loving the estate & wanting to go back (though they do themselves out of Cellar Door sales given Dan Murphy's is often cheaper).

Sadly, the high tea leaves a lot to be desired with cold sausage rolls, Coles bun sliders, cold scones, and inattentive staff (after they've ensured they've told you 3 times you're only allowed 2 cups of tea/coffee that they only half fill) - possibly due to short staffing, which should be better rostered by management.

Given you can get bottomless tea/coffee service, attentive staff, an intimate setting, and better quality food for high teas elsewhere for less money, stick with going to Glen Ewin for the gin and wine tastings. The fig gin is amazing and the scenery is beautiful!!

Definitely worth a visit - just skip the high tea.

It was such an enjoyable experience!
The food was terrific and so different from any other restaurant.
Glad we were indoors, but it was still a little chilly. So happy we brought knee rugs. Love this place to eat, it is so special.

Had a beautiful 2 course "Let the Chef Feed You" lunch on the deck overlooking the pond. Food was amazing, & lots of it. The chef came to us a couple of times to explain the dishes & check on us. The waitresses were outstanding also. A lovely spot on two minutes from TTGully Hotel. Highly recommend!

My Mum, sister & I had a wonderful time at Glen Ewin Estate. We booked in for the very delicious High Tea. When booking, I mentioned that it was going to be my sister's birthday and could she please have some Fig Gin instead of the bubbly as part of the deal. The staff not only gave my sister the Fig Gin as well as the glass of bubbly, but they also presented her with some divine chocolate coated figs on a plate with 'Happy Birthday' written on it in chocolate.
The setting of the Glen Ewin Estate is so incredibly beautiful, the food was plentiful and so delicious, and we were treated so well by all those who attended us as the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend booking in for a meal or the High Tea at the Glen Ewin Estate.

We had the most amazing time at Glen Ewin Estate. We arrived quite early for our Fig experience, after travelling for 5 hours. The staff were excellent, providing a complimentary coffee followed by a guided tour on a buggy around the Estate. We had a very comprehensive meal built around figs, which was absolutely delightful. A wonderful day that we will remember for a very long time. Thank you to all the Staff for a very special day.
