Really lovely owners had a great chat about the history of the winery and the production process. Furthermore the sparkling red that was bought for Christmas dinner was excellent. Would highly recommend a visit even if just to see the dog and chickens 😄

Happened upon Ensay Winery in February 2018. The proprietor was lovely and friendly, pouring samples and engaging in conversation and asking us about our opinions on the political situation at home after she heard my American accent. As we were leaving, she welcomed us to pick fruit from the winery's trees to eat on our trip.
