We had to wait an incredibly long time for our tastings. We had already finished our platter before we got to the reds.
It very much felt like the gentleman had all together forgotten about us and the people sitting behind us, as I overheard they had been waiting on a glass of rosé for nearly half an hour.
Not all bad though. The platter was delicious and once Amanda noticed that we had been neglected, she took over and was amazing.
Disappointing that we were there for nearly 3hrs and yet a majority of our service was in the final half hour.
We still ended up buying some wine. The reds were a little too earthy for my palate as I prefer a more fruity, luscious and velvety red. The whites, however, were delicious.
Honestly, if we had been served by Amanda the whole time it would have been a 5 star experience. She was knowledgeable, outgoing and on the ball.
The gentlemen seemed to be paying attention to only one table and didn't seem to know much about the wines. He was also a bit rude when I mentioned we'd been waiting. I felt like he was almost ignoring us and the other table as we were the youngest people there.
