Bellarine Estate vineyard and winery is a family-owned and operated affair established in 1996 by the Kenny family. There are 30 acres of vines including Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. These highly acclaimed wines are complex and elegant reflections of the cool maritime climate.

The cellar door has views overlooking the vineyard and Corio Bay and offers tastings and sales of their single-vineyard Bellarine Estate range as well as the Portarlington Ridge label. Grab a picnic blanket and a glass of your favourite Bellarine Estate wine and relax on the expensive lawns, stroll through the vineyard, or play a game of cricket.

Bellarine Estate now features a newly refurbished dining space, relax in the ambience of the family-run restaurant, and select from the gourmet pizzas or a charcuterie platter for house-made meats, local cheeses, olives, and bread. The featured menu item at Bellarine Estate is their house-made dessert platters featuring produce and spirits all locally sourced.

What started initially as a drop to taste wines ended up as a special, individualized and informative time with Tom going out of his way to educate and taking care of us. Great wines and the passion shines through in the unrushed time we spent there.

Fantastic Mother's Day lunch with the family. Ribs were incredible, just melted in your mouth served with freshly made potato salad & apple slaw, arancini & rolls were delicious, we all enjoyed various yummy pizzas & over the top awesome desert. With a background in hospitality & catering, I know how to spot a well-functioning kitchen. An uncomplicated menu, fresh produce, great presentation & friendly experienced staff, all indeed a credit to management. Love those green aprons! Cant wait to come back. Simple food-done well.

My partner and I visited for lunch recently and absolutely loved it, we enjoyed one of the best steaks we've had in a long time. Service was excellent and our whole meal delicious.
