As another reviewer has already mentioned, we arrived today to a rather rude and inhospitable greeting from the lady at the front.
After reviewing the "up-there" cellar door prices, we figured "why bother?" - I mean if you don't feel welcome, why would you want to spend money here? Suffice to say, we promptly left.
Definitely won't be back anytime soon. Cheers

Sorry guys but first impressions are everything. You weren't that busy and the person greeting us had a don't care attitude that was extremely off putting. Several other reviewers have said the same thing so it's not just me.
Instead of being defensive and blaming extenuating factors, take ownership as you're only hurting your own business. There are 1001 wineries in the Hills so people are spoiled for choice. If it's an unwelcoming arrival, there is no incentive to come back. Cheers
