Was there for wine tasting (28/05/2022). An over rated place with badly maintained road conditions -- gravel path road with plenty potholes, finally a large water filled one waiting when reach the parking area. Tasted some low quality blended wines. The vineyard was a fairly young one. One wine glass for 6 wine samples and took 1.2hrs with no good wine being presented.
UPDATE: A responsible business will learn from your short comings and do better. Being debatable are just words. The minimum a business owner can do is to make someone who traveled hundreds of miles to come to visit to feel less comfortable. We brought visitors but was embarrassed. Overall rating is less than satisfactory, if we placed our expectations (for being awards winning) low we could have make the the rating higher.
UPDATE 2: There was no intention to harm a growing local business. I appreciate the owner's latest response, it showed an owner who was willing to take responsibility, sincerity and wanting to improve. I wished the owner will continue to invest in good overall customer experience, serves wines that you will hope customers will bring back with them and I hope it will grow into an amazing winery (and I think it will) in years to come.
